WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can. You can find the most updated information on your shipment on the Purchase Page of your account. Since our deals our heavily discounted, shipping times are slightly longer and can sometimes take up to 3 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping, handling and tracking. As soon as the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. Every once in a while, orders can get stuck or lost in transit. If this happens, don't worry, we'll get you taken care of! It's important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week without making any updates. This doesn't always mean the order is lost.
We recommend customers to wait a week or so before checking with our Support. Either way, we will be sure to work with you until your shipment is received.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All international orders are shipped ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ . Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
