True Story: In my personal journey I’ve been fully animal free for the past 7+ years. However I went vegan the wrong way. Within the First 6 months, I threw my hormones out of control. A muffin top grew back and so did a 13 centimeter fibroid, the size of a sweet potato. I learned the hard way and I’ve been helping others transition to plant-based the right way ever since.
I have way more discipline than I actually realized. Eating the right foods have given me such a boost of confidence to know that my body will support me if I take care of it the right way. I am down 23 lbs, better BM’s, and my acid reflux is gone!
